Hypnotherapy is a completely natural intervention which harnesses your inner resources to bring about positive changes to your emotional and psychological well-being. Through hypnotherapy I can help you to overcome obstacles that are stopping you from progressing with your life. Hypnosis is a state of consciousness that combines deep relaxation with full awareness. It is a natural state of being, very often experienced when we are daydreaming, that can be deepened for therapeutic purposes by a trained and skilled therapist such as myself. In this relaxed state, the subconscious mind is receptive to positive changes, brought about by the hypnotherapist using techniques such as guided imagery, powerful affirmations and, where appropriate, discovery of the root cause of the problem.
